Christophe Derail

Pr Christophe DERAIL is vice-president for partnership and innovation of the University of Pau and pays de l’Adour, one of the French universities awarded the I-SITE label of excellence. He holds the position of scientific manager in charge of the partnership project calls within the French National Research Agency. He is the current president of the C.U.R.I.E. network, the French association for public research valorisation. 

Christophe is an expert in adhesive materials. He was president of the French Membership Society from 2009 to 2013. He has a strong experience in collaborative research with industry and his research has led him to transfer research results. Since 2015, he runs a joint laboratory with the French company URGO.
